Barnardo's
Barnardo’s Project SOLAH (Safer Online at Home) is a commissioned service in West Sussex, working with children and young people aged 5 – 18 years who are at risk of, or have been a victim of, online Child Sexual Exploitation (CSE). The focus of support is staying safe online.
CSE practitioners offer 1:1 and group sessions, online, at home and in educational settings by providing targeted support to suit individual needs.
Project SOLAH’s aim is to educate children, young people and their families about the risks of the online world by empowering them to understand their rights and the law and supporting them to build confidence and self-esteem. The sessions are interactive, engaging, age appropriate and SEND inclusive.
Referrals to the service are made by Sussex Police and West Sussex Children’s service teams (MASH). Referrals from other sources may also be considered; please contact the service directly to discuss further.
