National Homicide Service

Victim Support provides the National Homicide Service. The service supports people bereaved by murder or manslaughter in England and Wales and those who have been eyewitnesses to homicide.

 

The service can:

- Help you navigate and know what to expect from the criminal justice system

- Help with immediate needs, such as accessing financial assistance

- Provide help through trusted partner services included bereavement and/or trauma counselling, restorative justice, debt, legal and housing advice.

 

The service is free and support is available for as long as required. You can self-refer by calling the National Homicide Service on 0300 303 1984 or by completing the online form here.
