Relate North & South West Sussex
Relate North & South West Sussex provides counselling for all relationships; individual, couples, families and children and young people, aged 11 to 19. Relate also provide psychosexual therapy for those facing sexual problems in their relationships.
Their service covers Chichester, Crawley, East Grinstead, Horsham and the villages surrounding these towns. They provide face to face, zoom and telephone counselling.
Poor quality relationships can impact all aspects of life. They can sometimes result in relationship breakdown and parental conflict. They may also lead to mental health issues, addiction, homelessness and isolation. Relate works with people to improve their mental health, and to make personal changes which enable them to engage in committed and loving relationships to benefit themselves, their family and society.
Relate do not want cost to be a barrier. If you think you may struggle to pay for ongoing counselling, please contact the team to talk about subsidies, as well as some free support that may be available.
