Our Neighbourhood CIC
Flourish & Thrive is based at Leaf Hall on Seaside in Eastbourne. Held every Monday from 10.30am - 12.30pm in term time. Sessions give participants the opportunity to support and empower each other, and are guided by volunteers with lived experience. There is an activity each week, mainly cookery, and gardening together, with occasional art and crafts. At the end of each session there is the opportunity to sit and eat together. A creche facility is available.
